Photos of Bed Bugs

The first thing most people want to see is photos of bed bugs.  While they are visible to the human eye, they are very small and can be difficult to see.  But if you know what to look for, you can certainly see them.  Here are a few of my favorite pictures of bed bugs.

Now I’ll show another version of this bed bug life cycle just to help you see what bed bugs look like:

You may want to get out a ruler so that you can see just how small 5mm really is.  Here is a nice close up of one of these nasty little guys getting ready to dig in!

Here’s one of several larger, adult sized bed bugs crawling on a person’s skin:

How big is a bed bug?  Here’s some hanging out on someone’s mattress:

This one is zoomed out to give you a better idea of what to look for:

Younger bed bugs, called nymphs, are partially see through or clear.  They are harder to see, and smaller, but you can still see them:

Here’s a good picture of a bed bug in a cage, on display for all to see:

This picture of a bed bug is pretty gross.  It’s full of blood, just like a mosquito after it feasts on you:

Here’s a photo of adult bed bugs, some baby bed bugs and some bed bug eggs too:
